Scalar converters for experimental dialect attributes.

as_array(value)

Return an array attribute from an existing array or attribute iterable.

Return type:

ArrayAttr[TypeVar(_AttributeT, bound= Attribute)]

as_bool(value, required=False)

Return an i1 boolean attribute.

Parameters:
  • value (Union[IntegerAttr[IntegerType], bool, NoneAttr, None]) – Boolean, i1 attribute or absent value.

  • required (bool) – Reject absent values.

Return type:

Union[IntegerAttr[IntegerType], NoneAttr]

Returns:

The converted attribute.

Raises:

TypeError – For an invalid or absent required value.

as_float(value, required=False)

Return an f64 attribute.

Parameters:
  • value (Union[FloatAttr[Float64Type], int, float, NoneAttr, None]) – Number, f64 attribute or absent value.

  • required (bool) – Reject absent values.

Return type:

Union[FloatAttr[Float64Type], NoneAttr]

Returns:

The converted attribute.

Raises:

TypeError – For an invalid or absent required value.

as_int(value, required=False)

Return an integer attribute.

Parameters:
  • value (IntAttr | int | NoneAttr | None) – Integer, integer attribute or absent value.

  • required (bool) – Reject absent values.

as_int_array(value)

Return an integer array attribute from attributes or integer values.

Return an attribute or represent its absence explicitly.
